BY REGISTERING THROUGH QuestForTheMillion.com OR ANY OF ITS PARTNERS, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, YOU MUST NOT REGISTER, OR, IF YOU ARE ALREADY REGISTERED, YOU MUST END YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

What Information is Collected
(1) Required Information: As part of the QuestForTheMillion.com ticket registration process, our Players are asked to provide an e-mail address. We use this information to contact Players about their winnings. So it is very important that you complete the ticket registration page with valid information. As set out in our Official Rules, the information you register with must be yours to collect the prize. We occasionally send new information about our Company and Web Site to our Players.

(2) Optional Information: A Player may, at his or her option, voluntarily provide additional information, including personal and demographic information. Please note that you are NOT required to provide this information in order to play in the QuestForTheMillion.com game.

(3) Aggregate Non-Identifying Information: QuestForTheMillion.com may track and analyze non-identity and aggregate usage and statistical information from those who visit our Web Site. QuestForTheMillion.com collects the information supplied by the sender of the “contact us” form in order to establish and maintain relationships with clients, potential clients, affiliates, and Players. QuestForTheMillion.com also uses e-mail links located on various pages of the QuestForTheMillion.com Web Site to allow you to contact QuestForTheMillion.com with questions or comments you may have. QuestForTheMillion.com welcomes these e-mail communications and makes efforts to respond to these communications where appropriate. E-mail communications and the ideas sent to QuestForTheMillion.com in these e-mail communications become the property of QuestForTheMillion.com. QuestForTheMillion.com uses the e-mail communications to evaluate and improve its services and the Web Site. (5) Information From Third Parties: In addition to the information provided by Players, QuestForTheMillion.com may also collect information about QuestForTheMillion.com Players from third-party sources.

Use of Information
QuestForTheMillion.com uses information to deliver the QuestForTheMillion.com services. Thus, Player Information is used by QuestForTheMillion.com in identifying information that may be of interest to its Players. A Player’s e-mail address will be used by QuestForTheMillion.com to contact that Player about Player-selected interests. QuestForTheMillion.com also uses Player information to monitor, interpret, analyze and report game results. QuestForTheMillion.com does not use Player information for purposes unrelated to the services offered by QuestForTheMillion.com and its selected partners. The “Refer A Friend” option authorizes us to send an e-mail to your friends. Your friends will not receive any other e-mail from QuestForTheMillion.com not relating to that promotion. Every time you register a ticket, we will send you an e-mail message containing your unique ticket information. Additionally broadcast e-mails are occasionally sent to our Players to keep our Players aware of our promotions, prizes, and sponsor offers.

Players may, at any time, choose not to receive promotional e-mails from QuestForTheMillion.com by following the “unsubscribe” instructions in the QuestForTheMillion.com e-mail or by sending a request with our contact form. QuestForTheMillion.com will respond to a request made pursuant to these methods as promptly as practicable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, QuestForTheMillion.com may at any time contact Players for the purpose of communicating important information about QuestForTheMillion.com or the Web Site to Players.

Confidentiality
QuestForTheMillion.com will not provide personally identifiable information of a QuestForTheMillion.com Player to third parties except as noted under “Limits of Confidentiality.” Personally identifiable information means the Player’s name, residence address, e-mail address, telephone number or other information from which the Player’s identity may be reasonably ascertained. QuestForTheMillion.com uses proprietary technologies to preserve the anonymity of Players while matching the Player’s interests with targeted information sent via e-mail. It is solely at a QuestForTheMillion.com Player’s discretion if he or she chooses to provide or have LuckySurf provide personally identifiable information to a marketer by making a purchase, requesting additional information, requesting LuckySurf transmit their information or communicating directly with the company or organization after visiting its Web site or otherwise.

All QuestForTheMillion.com employees are required to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy provides that employees are obligated to keep Player information confidential. This obligation continues once an employee has left our Company.

Limits of Confidentiality
As part of its day-to-day business activities, QuestForTheMillion.com may disclose certain information about QuestForTheMillion.com Players to certain third parties. Below is the information and circumstances under which QuestForTheMillion.com may disclose information to third parties.

(2) Winners: As set out in QuestForTheMillion.com’s Official Rules, each potential winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability and publicity, including, but not limited to, the use of winner’s name, hometown and photograph without additional compensation (where lawful) which must be signed, notarized and returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt, or the prize will be forfeited and the potential winner will be disqualified. Each winner’s name, city and country of residence may be shown on the QuestForTheMillion.com Web Site within thirty (30) days after each day’s drawing and on QuestForTheMillion.com’s list of winners, which will include each winner’s name, city and state, the value of the prize won, and the dates upon which the prize was won and delivered to all such winners during the previous ninety (90) days. Except as provided in this section (5), QuestForTheMillion.com will not provide any other personally identifiable information about winners.

The Use of Cookies and Clear GIFs
As an important and necessary part of providing customizable and personalized services to our Players, QuestForTheMillion.com does link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to a Player’s browser from a Web server and stored on a Player’s computer hard drive. Your continued use of QuestForTheMillion.com’s services following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
